Why KPro exists

Built for the way housing providers actually work

KPro was created in response to the challenges housing providers face when managing affordable home ownership.

Housing providers operate across both portfolio management and development, with sales and marketing sitting alongside wider organisational priorities. This often leads to fragmented processes, systems and customer journeys.

KPro brings these areas together, providing a dedicated solution for sales, marketing and home ownership that complements existing systems and removes the need for complex internal development.

The platform has been shaped by people with direct experience working within housing providers, with a clear understanding of the operational challenges, internal dynamics and customer needs involved.

Our journey

Years of working with housing providers

KPro has evolved through years of working directly with housing providers across sales and home ownership.

Our early work focused on building property sales and marketing websites, providing insight into how housing providers managed listings, enquiries and customer journeys in practice. This led to the creation of our own property portal, designed specifically for affordable home ownership.

Working in partnership with the Greater London Authority, we developed and supported the Homes for Londoners platform, alongside our own national portal. These platforms brought listings and enquiries together in one place and highlighted the growing need for a more structured and connected approach behind the scenes.

KPro was created to meet this need, initially bringing together listings and enquiry management into a single platform. Over time, we incorporated more advanced workflow and communication capabilities, building on technology that has been developed and refined over many years.

TODAY: KPro is a modular platform supporting the full sales and home ownership journey, including resales and staircasing, and continues to evolve based on the real-world needs of housing providers.
